Pros

SDR role starts at a great base and has an awesome commission structure. Fantastic PTO and benefits. Opportunities to advance your career. Very helpful and supportive team.

Cons

Teams are too big so sometimes it feels like you are lost in the shuffle/out of the loop.

Pros

Culture, work-life balance, transparency, food/snacks, etc. This is a fantastic place to work at. The culture is amazing and the people supporting it are second to none. UT is genuinely one of the nicest companies you can work for because of the people. They pay well, they always think ahead and are extremely supportive of the employees. I've worked for companies large and small, old and really old. The experience I've had in my first few months at UT have changed my life. It's just a happy place to be at and you can feel it interacting with the other folks. From a longevity and success standpoint you can just feel the excitement both internally and from UTs customers about the product, the market and the fit. This company will go far, and I have no doubts it will do so in the right way. A LOT of the reviews on here are from the panelists (testers) - who aren't real UT employees. And even then - this is an assumption so take it with a grain of salt - they're the ones that lie to get paid for tests they don't qualify for. As for the other reviews - those from people who worked (or are working) here: they're entitled to their opinions. I just totally disagree with their views. The company responds to them on this channel so that should tell you the level to which UT cares, and its willingness to listen.

Cons

Its a high growth company. Things shift and change and with that comes uncertainty. I wont beat around the bush - its hard. A lot is asked of the employees and people need to be flexible enough to adapt to change which is a constant at a company at this stage. Benefits could be slightly better but I believe its at market compared to others. Lastly - tools/apps. Use way too many of them. Consolidate some of that.

Pros

Smart executive leadership team and an enthusiastic company culture has led to solid product-market fit and the go-to-market infrastructure to keep it going

Cons

The layer directly beneath the C-staff has a wide range of managerial talent and experience, which leads to some uneven leadership performance. Pay is average to good, not great.

Pros

-The people are genuinely kind and supportive -The pay/benefits are incredibly competitive, great perks too -Great product that is actually interesting -The leadership, from what I've seen/experienced, consists of some of the most ethical businesspeople out there -Great company mission & values that are present in everything we do -Plenty of room to grow - management genuinely wants to help you get where you want to be -Awesome ERGs

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but we're growing rapidly and so change is inevitable. If you're not keen to a dynamic workplace/workflow, UT might not be a good fit for you. Also, work-life balance can be a challenge (typical for any quota-bearing role) - however, in my case, this is 99.99% self-imposed.

Pros

Fun! It's really great to review sites knowing that you can influence how they'll work for other people. Pay! It's really only casual money, $10 US per test, but most of them are less than 20 minutes, so the per hour pay is good.

Cons

The website seems to be working poorly these days. I've changed browsers and tried everything I can on my end, but I am accepted for tests and then immediately rejected. It's becoming a waste of my time to keep the window open. It's a shame since I've really enjoyed doing the tests and I have a 5-star rating along with positive comments from the people reviewing my responses.

Pros

Amazing colleagues, fantastic product, excellent upper management, and work-life balance.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive; upper management needs more diversity, especially persons of color, primarily Black and Hispanic.
