Pros

Manager is really understanding as well as the rest of the company. It’s a great place to start off in your UX career and you’ll learn a lot.

Cons

If you are an RA, there’s no pay raise opportunity. But the pay in general is fair.

Hi there: Since you are a contractor, we don't have the ability to offer you benefits other than the gig work in testing for our panel. We do appreciate what you are doing for us and hope we can continue to give you enough work to augment the other things you are doing!

Pros

The people at UserTesting are absolutely amazing to work with. Everyone is friendly and collaborating with others is a pleasure. The pay is competitive and the benefits are even better. Being a feedback company, management are always open to feedback and looking at ways to get better. After having worked in some not so great environments, I'm happy to say that I've found a long-term home here at UserTesting.

Cons

The commute to work can be a little long if you don't live near one of the offices.

Pros

Easy money, you do not spend a lot of time on each test, unless you take a 60 min live interview but which pays 60usd per hour which is totally worth it. Help center is really friendly and always understand any problem, they actually care about you and guide you in any matter.

Cons

What you'll get paid each month will be really random according to how many tests you take.
