Pros

Very nice colleagues, modern technology, stable pay, some benefit perks.

Cons

Ever since being privatized by Thoma Bravo and the merger, there are a lot of inefficiencies in planning, constant pressure to deliver more faster, overhead of meetings, loss of morale, constant reorganizations, feeling of scarcity.

Pros

I value the work-life balance they offer, which is one of the best aspects of the company. The environment here is collaborative, supportive, and promotes growth, making it a great place to learn and work with talented colleagues. The work culture truly stands out—it's refreshing to be part of a company where you're encouraged to take ownership of your work without feeling overburdened. Managers are approachable, and there's a genuine effort to maintain a healthy and positive atmosphere.

Cons

salary is not quite aligned with market standards. While the other benefits, like flexibility and work environment, partially make up for this, it can be a deciding factor for professionals prioritizing financial growth.

Pros

Not of any I could think of.

Cons

The company has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs over the years, creating a constant sense of instability. Communication from HR and the executive team has been opaque, and there’s no clear strategy or real innovation taking place. Decisions often seem reactive rather than part of a long-term vision. The shares given during the merger had a "fair market value" of 0 dollars. And they just buy them from you when you leave or got laid off.
