      Good place for junior engineers

      Pros

      Good atmosfere. Cutting-edge technology. Very skilled developers.

      Cons

      Scrum is their framework but it is not a real Agile environment. There are not self-managing teams and a very top-down culture. In the end, Madrid is an offshoring center.

      - Very dynamic teams - Your opinions are taken into account - Good place to share your ideas and try to make changes and impact

      Cons

      - It grew too much without a clear goal in the long term - The majority of the employees have been working less than 2 years in the company, making more difficult to have a good big picture of the company
