1yThank you for sharing your thoughts. We are disappointed to hear that you feel there is a lack of transparency, as we work very hard to be as transparent as possible and communicate frequently. From weekly MS Teams posts, to monthly CEO updates, an internal newsletter, OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. And everything is documented and open to read. Please do reach out to your People Business Partner so that we can discuss what we could be doing better.
