Pros

With a great many souls of good character did this infernal centre its fires fuel. I had the great pleasure of working with these fine individuals, and I wish them good fortune and fast flight from this beastly, gluttonous establishment.

We are come where I have told thee we shall see the souls to misery doom'd, who intellectual good have lost. The unwashéd floor upon which we labour’d, found not by Gaudí’s marvellous cathedral as advertis’d, but in the barren hinterlands of the city, was instead awash with vile beasts of six legs. Those tasked with our payroll happen’d to be of the very same contractor who doth clear the refuse. It was hence only logical that our salaries but trash should be. A clear detach between the workplace and remuneration (a word which our emissaries could not even spell) led to continuéd underpayment, with no accountability. Direct congress with human resources was all but forbidden. As for the senior management, I would merely say of them that they lack’d moral fibre as not to cause insult. All expressions of good-will and care were naught but a crass veneer. When payment was of concern the knaves did but deceive and promise closure. Alas, this was seldom realis’d. The management at ViaVan would time and time again preach in the name of compliance, this was also a deception to merely control the capturéd souls underfoot. While under the pretence of PCI the use of headphones they forbad, in clear violation of the same standards they distributed plain-text, vendor-issuéd passwords. While holding themselves in awe as proud defenders of ISO9001, they hath made QA specialists testify to the quality of interactions using Google Translator so as to fatten their profits instead of hiring speakers of the relevant language. Another violation. At every stage of my employ, false hope hath loom’d. From salaries to location to the benefits of my labourings, my experience was one of deceit.

Pros

the pros are the good atmosphere between working colleges and nice colleges, but this are the only positive points I can find.

Cons

the salary is really low, even for spain. the management team is not trained to their job right and they don´t know how to motivate employees. qualified people usually leave soon because they can find something better. no career plan and no changes to chance to the direct company. working on shifts with only 2 weeks notice in advance.

The people you get to meet

Cons

- they promise free language courses they never offer - you always have to chase HR to get paid correctly - the pay is not only low, but they try to not give you the bonuses for languages if they can - they keep on telling people the location for the ViaVan project (the one I work in) is in Sagrada Familia when it's way further away - they don't pay enough for the job - no structure or order whatsoever - lack of communication between management and agents - lack of support - vacations or days off take ages to be accepted because no one takes care of it
