The people you get to meet

Cons

- they promise free language courses they never offer - you always have to chase HR to get paid correctly - the pay is not only low, but they try to not give you the bonuses for languages if they can - they keep on telling people the location for the ViaVan project (the one I work in) is in Sagrada Familia when it's way further away - they don't pay enough for the job - no structure or order whatsoever - lack of communication between management and agents - lack of support - vacations or days off take ages to be accepted because no one takes care of it
