Pros

-The project (Airbnb) is interesting -Nice colleagues -Team leads trying to do what can with the means they have. The effort is there..

Cons

One of the worst paying call centers in Barcelona, you can pay your bills and thats it. They expect you to work between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. and 2 weekends every month. They have additional pay for working on Sundays (10 Euro for a whole Sunday) Schedules are made for breaks, and you are obliged to have to take them at that time. Most of the time they are divided in a messed up way. They want more and more, but never increasing the compensation. It is a shame that companies as Airbnb outsource their customer service to these types of companies. Fast changing group of colleagues because many people leave quite fast after starting

Pros

- nice multicultural environment, friendly colleagues and great people - good location close to Sagrada Familia - good project and stress free job (Airbnb)

Cons

- poor management with people not qualified enough in higher position (Team leaders, operation managers) - one of the lowest salary for CX in Barcelona - different salary according to nationality (higher for french and german speakers) that is discriminatory and deceiver especially considering the anti-discriminatory world that Airbnb promote - unexperienced management that fires people according to personal feelings rather than clear criteria

Pros

-Good way to meet people and make friends in Barcelona.

Cons

-Terrible salary and working hours. -Dreadful working conditions. -'Senior staff' and 'Team leaders' are unqualified and lazy who have little or no faith in the company itself. -Don't expect to get paid the correct amount or on time. - Don't expect any help or advice from Human Resources.
