Pros

-The project (Airbnb) is interesting -Nice colleagues -Team leads trying to do what can with the means they have. The effort is there..

Cons

One of the worst paying call centers in Barcelona, you can pay your bills and thats it. They expect you to work between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. and 2 weekends every month. They have additional pay for working on Sundays (10 Euro for a whole Sunday) Schedules are made for breaks, and you are obliged to have to take them at that time. Most of the time they are divided in a messed up way. They want more and more, but never increasing the compensation. It is a shame that companies as Airbnb outsource their customer service to these types of companies. Fast changing group of colleagues because many people leave quite fast after starting
