Pros

I value the work-life balance they offer, which is one of the best aspects of the company. The environment here is collaborative, supportive, and promotes growth, making it a great place to learn and work with talented colleagues. The work culture truly stands out—it's refreshing to be part of a company where you're encouraged to take ownership of your work without feeling overburdened. Managers are approachable, and there's a genuine effort to maintain a healthy and positive atmosphere.

Cons

salary is not quite aligned with market standards. While the other benefits, like flexibility and work environment, partially make up for this, it can be a deciding factor for professionals prioritizing financial growth.

Pros

There’s been loads of change and it will probably continue because of the recent leadership changes but things are starting to move in the right direction after 2 years of chaos and questions. The new leadership are very different to the old and seem to be putting the right things in place. The customer base is brilliant and includes big and exciting brands People, old and new, want the best and the vast majority have the best intentions in mind If you’re good, there’s great opportunity to develop Benefits and pay are alright and just above average from what I’ve seen Hybrid and remote working works really well for the business

Cons

The new leadership aren’t listeners. They’re telling and not taking much feedback. It will get results but doesn’t give any feeling of ‘in it together’. This might change. There’s not much clarity on who the top team are with different reporting lines and various new titles
