      I wouldn't recommend any other scientific publisher to work for

      Pros

      I have not met a single person that hasn't been kind or unhelpful, the company fosters an environment where everyone is approachable from the top down and it makes for a great team spirit to make science open.

      Cons

      Not one thing, the level of support offered is fantastic, the training to introduce you to the role is such a great experience, the updates on how the company is doing really makes you feel involved, everything is incredible.
