Pros

Frontiers is a fantastic company to work for, with a great mission. it's very ambitious and has a lot of smart and very friendly people. The environment is very dynamic and there is always something going on. There are coffee, snacks and fruits in the kitchen, a lot of celebration drinks, team-building activities and parties. The company keeps expanding and therefore it offers new opportunities and initiatives.

Cons

There is always a lot of work to do, this requires strong self-motivation and a high level of resilience.

However we're surprised to hear that you didn't feel informed about company performance - our performance is reported on regularly at the company all-hands meetings, through monthly email updates from the CEO and at department-level meetings. It's also documented and made available for all employees to read on our intranet.
