Pros

- Great work environment - Good work life balance - Many WeWork benefits

Cons

- they have lost the track with how fast they grow; fully disorganized - upper management doesn't pay attention at all to your thoughts/requests - promotions are not decided based on performance, but rather if you have a PhD or not - too many events for team bonding; feels like you don't have your personal time after some point - development opportunities only in the London office, although all the decisions are made by Lausanne

Pros

Starting salary for US-based scientific publisher is excellent. HQ is in Switzerland and US-based employees enjoy European standard for benefits. Office consists of a small sub-team (currently 7 and growing) that works with teams in Lausanne and London. There is a true sense of community among our friendly team.

Cons

Would like to see more growth options for team members in Seattle, otherwise hard to think of a con.
