      Colleagues within your team often friendly Good office, many perks such as free drinks and food

      Cons

      -Very long working hours - A great deal of micro-management, even experienced employees are not given the freedom they deserve - Unpleasant office politics. Gossiping and snide remarks from management about employees below them that makes it a very unpleasant place to work.

      + A noble mission, we're making science open! + Dynamic company + Smart people + Technology and data sit at its core values + Numerous initiatives and projects, there is always a chance to shine even for junior profiles and new hires

      + Some departments have transformed into echo-chambers of dissatisfaction (and unfairly represent the company on this website) + A part of the employees are unhappy, but seek no solution to it nor consider going to a "better" (in their opinion) company . + The company is growing, and as such change is its nature: not everybody is change-tolerant and frequent resistance is found
