      Pros

      - more than standard 20 days of holidays

      Cons

      - many employees are requested to start as interns just so the company can save money - in reality they just do the regular job without much training, - lack of consistency (lots of changes), - incompetent managers, - retention rate is very low.

      Pros

      Nice office location and great colleagues (who sadly will leave this place as soon as they find new jobs).

      Cons

      - unprofessional attitude towards employees with ineffective HR department - middle management kissing up to senior management, blindly agreeing to everything (which is 1 strategy used for 10 years) - incredibly high staff turnover. Within <1 year, I have had 5 people move in and out within the same small sub-team. In my professional career, I have never seen a firm spending so much $ for employee retention to still result in such a degree of overall employee’s dissatisfaction. - management is unable to apologize for any mishaps and is extremely defensive - still low salary compared to swiss standard (very few swiss employees willing to work here).
