      Big mess and terrible managers

      Colleagues were young, nice and funny.

      Cons

      Work is totally disorganized. Very difficult to provide a good service. Managers are inexperienced.

      Flexibility - work life balance (But this may change after covid since they want people to go back to the office).

      Cons

      The company is on a continuos change. It's been for months! Know people that's been on 6 different teams on just 6 months. The product department don't know what to do and will keep you busy doing things that are gonna be thrown away. At the end you and everyone on the team are going to get to an unmotivated state after months of wasting your time. There is a high turnover, every month new people leave or get fired. No performance reviews on my case.

      Good perks, good office and everybody is kind

      Cons

      There is a big miss alignment between the different products: goals are not clearly set and integrations with other teams are painful because of this. At the end is the developer the one who need to attend the product meetings to clarify a lot of things
