      In general terms, really nice employees.

      Cons

      The c-level management does not know how to manage the company: they are constantly changing everything in terms of business goals. They are used to fire employees without any explanation. Employees are just numbers. There is no culture of respect.

      Hopeless environment, there are some rotten roots. They're buying good ratings here, so keep eyes peeled.

      - Flexibility and well measured workload.

      Cons

      - Decisions have been taken without take into account the consequences. Keep in mind the employees are human beings before employees. - Lies and more lies about promotions x2 times, salary increases that never happened. - The "CTO" is not humble, not polite and neither close to the technology team. - IMHO, there are no values in wefox or those were lost some time ago. - There is not transparency in anything. - Hopeless and demotivated environment. - There are not public salary ranges, so probably you could find that someone with your same performance is getting many more than you or even too less. - Among others ""* They are buying good rated here, and some other are not trusty at all. We are to not fall into the trap. ***

      Great people to work with but "clueless" leadership

      Pros

      The people are great. There is autonomy to try and learn new things. There is room to learn by failing and there are people willing to make things happen

      Cons

      There is no transparent sense of direction. The overall feeling is of cluelessness but it seems so more sinister than that. There is a constant feeling of something brewing on top with no clear communication or transparency. There is like a constant dark cloud and you never know if it is gonna rain, hail or be a thunderstorm.
