Good environment and mates, good salary and remote model.
Cons
But you will have instability and doubt whether you are going to be fired, the business is very unstable and there are many layoffs on a continuous basis.

In general terms, really nice employees.
Cons
The c-level management does not know how to manage the company: they are constantly changing everything in terms of business goals. They are used to fire employees without any explanation. Employees are just numbers. There is no culture of respect.
