      Cons

      Company direction. No salary increases during last 2 years. Wefox used to have a lot of talent but the talent is leaving due to dreadful management.

      Modern technologies and tools, hybrid work (you go to the office when you want or for team events), benefits (insurance/restaurant/transportation), flexible hours, work-life balance, and good offices and after work events

      Cons

      From the very beginning, you realize that the main problem of the company is at the organizational level, which ends up affecting the technical aspect. Poor technical decisions are made due to a lack of time for analysis, coordination and poor management. General chaos leads to a lot of improvisation, resulting in delays in deliveries. Teams are highly dependent on each other, and there is very little or no coordination between teams. At higher levels, constant changes in strategy make it very difficult to evolve products, not to mention periodic layoffs and/or departures
