      Pros

      - There have been a lot of improvements over the last year - The company becomes a lot more professional - There is a lot more clarity among people - The company has a clear goal and people are working hard to get there

      Cons

      - The professionalisation of the company and Corona had a negative impact on the company culture - Many of the likeable, but not as competent people were let go in the last year, which let to negative emotions

      It's not an old-school insurance company. Techy products. Flexibility and remote working.

      Cons

      Too many changes in such one year.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and team work - I have always felt included, welcomed and had interesting tasks to do. i had a great manager at the time, so i got to take away a lot of new skills that benefitted me in my next role.

      Cons

      The CEO is a bit out there, with his coaching-guru around him. Nice person, but more a visionary than business man. lots of bad apples in management positions and an extremely high turnover. 100+ people had to leave last year due to restructuring. communication around this was non-existent. It created a lot of insecurities and many people who were staples and helped build the company over the past few years had to leave, which was a great shock. HR is literally useless. The whole company is built around privileged white men from, in most parts, very wealthy backgrounds...and it shows.
