      Artificial inflation of profit and a fake perfect business model

      Competitive salary and remote working.

      Cons

      Artificial inflation of profit is an art in wefox. No real product supporting the business. They will announce a very successful funding D round, but is a credit round to be able to reach IPO- the main goal of the company- to cash the fake numbers. Currently wefox is an insurance company previously called ONE, thats it. No startup culture, product vision is a joke. You need to ask even permission to think to the CPO , and usually you received a very vague answer and also not very friendly. She is busy copying the structure and ideas of other startups (to sound like she knows about product). No company culture.

      - A lot of learning opportunities - Ability to try new things - lots of meaningful relationships built

      Cons

      - No clear strategy - Too many management changes too fruequently - Strategy shift not clearly communicated - Org strucutre very confusing
