You will find many cons in this company (1) A totally unprofessional company (2)Hire and fire policy by saying you don’t perform and no structural feedback is given, they don’t listen to you or even care for employees they hire to fire (3)Blame game played everywhere totally ruthless and inhuman sitting specially in Australia (4)Management don't take seconds to throw you out of the company (5)Bad work culture (6)Decisions are taken by team that sits in Australia, who dont want to listen to challenges facing by India Team. They play dirty politics to remove the person by plotting in background (7) They can screw your career, morals, values by dominating you without any proof (8)Many people gets fires in 3 months without completion of probation reason is always you are not performing and with out any intimation you are fired. (9)No documentation of the project, so you will never know what is the project, at the end of the day, you will be asked to leave the company. (10) No proper training given gives you the documents and videos to read them and become expert in system and you can’t make 1 mistake. If you do you are discouraged for experience and they throw you out (11)Job Security or stability please forget about it. (12)Performance review will be held every month and you are abused for not performing, so that they can be sacked immediately (13) Sit home, Enhance your skills, join any startup but please don’t join this company (14) Inhuman and Ruthless peoples in management (15) That was the worst company in my career which I will never forget i had major issues and my manager was known to my issues still without even thinking once they decided to call me in the office to tell me i am not performing good (17)No Induction (18) Even one star is more for this company Advice to Management (1) Stop playing with careers of people
