      You get better at dealing with stressful situations because management is always in a meeting when you need them and you’re left to handle stuff yourself.

      Cons

      You’re overworked, stuck doing overtime as they don’t have enough staff. They make you do things outside your job role. Payslips are always wrong so you have to calculate whether you were paid right. Most of the management is Caucasian but majority of the workforce isn’t…
