      Pros

      A lot of variety to the role as you are wearing 7 hats, and there is room to prove your value add beyond the role description, not only influence but participate and design the changes to process improvements and be involved in project work. Great opportunity for those who want to develop leadership skills or become a leader.

      Cons

      Sometimes expectations can be unrealistic and too many "organic approaches" to process improvements when past data and history have already shown that it doesn't work. Sometimes new ideas don't gain traction if there is nothing familiar about it.
