      Good team with very talented engineers

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't know what they are doing. They change the strategy very often as a result there is a lot of waste. Furthermore, Senior management says one thing but does totally opposite. That leads to frustration and disappointment. There is a huge turnover of employees. Certainly, there are better work places you can contribute.

      The co-workers. Everyone in the team is willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Management are completely out of touch with their staff. So many things are promised by them halfheartedly and then when they are challenged on it they simply either ignore complaints or deny ever having made any sort of promise. There are no perks any more. No employee recognition, no Friday drinks - absolutely zero culture. Management don't seem to care about the well being of their employees at all.
