      Saturday Working Work load Not a IT company in Mumbai its an IT department so don't expect IT facilities (can, refreshment, team dinner)

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
