Pros

It was a good company where things felt transparent and the client and customer was put first. Employees were treated decently.

Cons

Throughout my employment, benefits deteriorated, pay fell behind but most importantly leadership became opaque. The Wall Street profit quarter to quarter became the paramount metric. Somehow lost sight of the client and the customer. Middle management did not evolve despite having a highly capable and committed workforce. I do not know why I stayed so long. I was wrong to do so.

Pros

Good starting salary, good environment, colleagues are friendly and helpful. Location walking distance to KL Sentral. Will move to Sunway Velocity in 2025. Work From Home 4 days Great work-life balance, no whatsapp group whatnot.

Cons

1. Too many systems, steep learning curve. 2. Too many outside responsibitlites to perform as part of your KPI (assessments, forced to take unnecessary modules, need to be involved in company get-together and activities) that will determine your bonus, increments and etc. 3. Not much benefits and perks (vision, dental and wellness combined limit of 1,200/ year). 4. Low starting AL of 16 days / year. 5. No other allowances. 6. Long probation period 6 months.
