      Good pay, good coworkers.. remote

      Cons

      Selling thier Medicare department and not guaranteed much of anything. Hey after a year you may be canned or offered a much lower salary with this new company hscs but it won't be cignas problem anymore per their town hall meetings which are staged obviously. They care nothing for their long time dedicated employees. Hiring overseas from India as it's cheaper. Call in and see everyone is foreign and you can't even understand them.

      There are no longer an pros.

      Cons

      Just about everything. They pushed out the good people and replaced them with people they can manipulate. Used to be a great place to work now it is stressful with constant layoffs, RTO, and terrible management.

      Pros

      Benefits are standard compared to most other corporations.

      Cons

      Growth is terrible if you are in a critical role. Your leadership can decide that they need you for an extended period of time if you would be a candidate for another internal role, which will lead to another being selected. Also, I'm finding that leaders all have their own agendas, and these politics can limit opportunities as well.
