Pros

Talented employees, reasonable salary, good career development programmes.

Cons

- Poor direct management, lack of management training for middle managers. - No loyalty to long-term employees, - Made redundant with two weeks' notice, just before scheduled medical leave. - Work-life balance discussed but not enforced, very much depends on who your manager is and what their expectations are - they're often unreasonable. - Talent unrecognised. - Internal politics often plays a huge part in decision-making.

Pros

Working from home at 100% is the only positive point concerning this job and company.

Cons

-Low salary definitely not competitive, low bonus. -Managers: Horrible old ways of micromanagement, everything focused on cost containment. - the middle management (supervisors) are utterly incompetent and useless. In particular, the one working in the afternoon shift as a supervisor for the group 3 of the international business segment. This person is a phoney and she will stab you in the back every possible time if you do not get along with her. -No career perspective: Only people who misbehave or do not deserve promotions, get promotions. -If you work here you are just a number. - HR are also incompetent. They do not know how to answer correctly to simple queries. - you do not get paid what is agreed beforehand.

Pros

I can't think about any pro.

Cons

The training was awful. They said it would last between 6 and 8 weeks and it lasted 2. After 2 weeks we started managing real cases, again they said they would help us in anything we needed, this happens only the first 2 days, after that nobody was willing to help, neither my manager nor the person in charge of the training. It was so frustrating, the cases were so tough and nobody from the team helped.
