Pros

Lots of work. Late nights. Unpaid overtime.

Cons

You and every other person on your team at your level are paid the same. Im seeing it first hand as a manager. Am shocked. Employees who work extra hard, go above and beyond, demonstrate leadership, take on harder work, bigger jobs and difficult tasks etc get paid exactly the same as those who don’t. Save yourself the stress and stop killing yourself for this company. I’m telling you first hand IT ISN’T WORKING IN YOUR FAVOR. SLT and directors will not waiver regardless of how hard managers fight to get their employees fair compensation. Negotiate your salary, bonus and signing bonus HARD upfront, stick around 12-18 mos and then leave. This place will not value your contributions especially if you are of the non-male gender identity. They’ll throw some warm fuzzy diversity, collaboration and “ethics” buzzwords at you to appease general workforce. I am so disgusted by how directors and executives (the ones who can approve salaries and benefits) treat Band 4 employees and below, especially in the department I now manage. Oh! And the benefits they offer their own employees are more expensive and weaker than market because we do not compete with ourselves. If you work at Cigna and have Cigna insurance you are literally overpaying. We are forced to overpay for our own insurance.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro DONT LET THE BENEFITS DISTRACT YOU!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR COMPANY!

Cons

The management is awful and favoritism is clear. Training is fast-paced and more of a supervision session for the trainers and supervisors than it is to guide and educate new employees through systems. So overwhelming that many new employees decided that it would be too much for them. Have seen several employees have a breakdown or become emotional over stress of work. High expectations of hitting all metrics but it is unreachable to hit across the board. Uncomfortable responsibilities and tasks like dealing with upset angry customers AND coworkers/supervisors. So much negativity to deal with through the day. Absolutely no work/life balance with the hours of 10 hours a day. Expected to perform at 100% when the odds are against you. Requires a lot of time and energy. Advertised as a remote company but is actually work from home only. Terminates employees for inaccurate reasoning before bonus pay dates.

Pros

There is not a singe pro.

Cons

1) Constant Micromanagement from what seems like every supervisor in the company 2) Dealing with constant, everyday changes 3) Extremely high call volume and there is a strict phone adherence you have to stick to. 4) Massive amount of information you have to memorize dealing with there health care plans. I say you have to memorize it because they are are extremely strict on AHT which is how long you are on a call with a customer. You can not just take your time and really research everything, you kind of have to already know. 5) The biggest thing that just made me want to cry each and everyday while working here is the massive amount of work load. Every call is 30-45 mins long full of just researching countless amounts of information and You have to document the ENTIRE phone call. Your doing things from finding docs for people who sometimes cant even remember what state they lived in ( its Medicare after all) to Doing authorization forms for procedures . You have to put down every single thing you said to the customer doesn't matter if you simply told them the weather is nice today....and you are timed after every phone call. I think it was 45 secs. So you have to document a 45 min phone call in 45 secs!. This is just a small bit of a big picture. It Was just absolutely horrible. The worst job I have every had.
