Pros

Once you have passed your initial probationary period, no longer than thirteen weeks, there is a good level of job security.

Cons

Very low store morale, staff and managers are seen as two different teams who work against each other instead of with each other, no regard for employees personal circumstances, huge lack of communication, rosters for next week given a day before

Pros

Pay is good, shift work was good as a student needing different days and hours of work. Not stressful job

Cons

Job can be repetitive and customers will sometimes give a hard time, which is to be expected. Manager was ok

Pros

The Non-Seniority People that work there would do anything for you

Cons

If you work hard that work you harder and give you the crap jobs to do. If you coast along and do the minimum you are rewarded. Feels like my school days. You are in the Tesco Gang or you are a nobody. Pathetic!
