Pros

The people, you're colleagues are great, mostly. If there is any one reason to turn up, then it's for your colleagues, knowing that if you're ill, then they'll have to pick up the slack.

Cons

Morale is extremely low, mainly due to management no longer treating staff as people, more like statistics. Extremely hard workers have been pushed out through a mixture of frustration, and the management unwilling to take advice from the staff. Even when it comes to menial tasks and issues. We can't keep new staff, most of them last a month before throwing the towel in, then it's back to working with a skeleton crew, waiting for others to come in for a month, rinse and repeat.

Pros

Good staff, good wages and good hours. Flexible work for students which is useful when at University. Would definitely recommend for students.

Cons

Hours can often be long and strenuous, management do not often listen to the concerns of workers and this can affect morale. Good job for students though.
