Good pay for a retail environment with great potential for progression

Cons

Workload is often not shared in a fair manner with employees with less skills given less work and responsibility for the same amount of pay

The flexibility that it offers. The great customer service they give everyday. The family and hard working colleagues.

Cons

Wages needs to go up. More support and advice available. More holidays needed.

Pros

Good wage and benefits if you were pre 96. There are great people working in stores and I've made amazing friends

Cons

Management put to much pressure on staff to get work completed with not enough staff or hours giving. Most of the old staff are gone because of Tesco taking there t@c from them.
