Pros

good pay, nice managers and very easy jobs. not demanding at all like Aldi and Lidl but doesnt pay as well

they use new equipment with 30 year old software.

Merely a pawn

Pros

Double Discount, Pay and a half on Sundays (now stopping...!), bonus

Everything else. What few pros they have they are slowly getting rid of. Minimum wage is going up in a few years, so Tescos are bringing it forward (great!) but taking it away from employees pay and a half premium on Sundays which they are getting rid of. You can ALWAYS guarantee that when Tesco GIVE you something they are going to TAKE MORE AWAY from somewhere else. They did the exact same thing with the last pay rise, taking it away from the night team.
