Cons
Top management: bunch of people who do not follow the company's core value. Customer experience and employee success is the least on their agenda. Directors: Forces employees to work without pay. Plays favoritsm and give warm leads (equals to money) to the preferred reps whom they consider "one of them". Money is only awarded to people who say yes to everything regardless of their performance and skills. HR: Non-existence, nowhere to be reached. Never speak to one after receiving the offer letter. Line managers: Individuals who endure unreasonable demands from upper management to secure their positions, often resorting to dishonesty and contributing to a toxic work environment to cover up poor decisions made by directors or senior leaders.
