The culture is amazing (When they hire people who actually believe in it) My co-workers are friendly and supportive.

Cons

Sr leadership have a tendency to be sexist when making hiring decisions. If you're a women in leadership and disagree with anyone, it is always considered an emotional reaction rather than one based on logic. Sexual harassment and ethic complaints won't prevent someone from being promoted and are largely ignored. They wait till our company wide survey is over to make or announce unfavorable news. Perception is everything here and if you get pegged as being one way it will take many years before it even begins to change.

Pros

TELUS Health is and will continue to be the leader in Healthcare IT in Canada. They have excellent staff and good product.

Cons

The company is very disjointed. They're in acquisition mode. They prefer that employees work from home, which can result in you being cut off from career advancement.

Great pay - Unionized workers get a raise every summer. Great benefits Can work from home

Cons

NO work-life balance at ALL Unfair job promotions (only given to friends of managers) Managers are not approachable and treat us as numbers (no consideration of personal life, events, issues) Target for performance are irrealistic.
