Working remotely, and stock options are great perks.

Cons

Dishonest and unethical senior management that blatently disregard the very same ethics and integrity they expect from those that report to them. Nepotism and cronyism reign supreme while hardworking folks who repeatedly make sacrifices for the good of the business continually get the shaft.

Good benefits. Good Perks. Interesting work. Too bad that they couldn't get their act together. I would not be looking for another job now.

Cons

My branch has absolutely no idea how to develop quality product. Very frustrating to work for. This is not really a con against Telus Health, as I think they are oblivious to what is going on.
