      Interesting projects that you get to run end to end. Lack of bureaucracy allows you to get things done quickly Saying Darren wants it allows you to get it done and move obstacles

      Cons

      You need to be part of the Darren sycophant club to get ahead Pay can be uncompetitive if you've been in the same role for a few years

      Good benefits, people you get to work with are great. You learn new things about Telecom. Training is great. Work from home.

      Cons

      Managers and directors are not very smart. Pressure to hot target is crazy. Lots of people are on stress leave because of stress.
