Pros

Well tailored systems to work with All the information available and easy to be obtained Transparency from the higher ranks

Cons

Cult-like culture CEO got an incredible backlash for supporting his country in social media Someone got fired because of having suicidal thoughts which didn't allow them to work as the company wanted Human resources team didn't help and had zero consideration of that fact Eternal pressure for KPIs that were constantly changing

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognise the importance of well-being which is why we take all concerns seriously and are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard. We’re proud of our transparent culture, well-structured systems, and open communication, and we appreciate you recognizing these aspects. At the same time, we understand that each person's experience is unique, and we regret that you felt otherwise. We want to clarify that employee well-being is a priority for us. We have dedicated support structures in place to assist employees through challenges. As an example, we provide manager development to ensure they can support and guide their teams, we have dedicated surveys and sessions to hear directly from colleagues about their experience, and an employee advisory board to deepen that feedback so we can continuously improve. We also have additional support such as access to free mental health support for all employees. To discuss this further, we encourage reaching out to our People team so we can continue improving. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and appreciate the time you spent with us.

Pros

Great people, great team and nice office.

Cons

Very low pay. They are staying behind other competitors and many people are leaving because of this. They don't raise salaries according to inflation or even according to your performance. They don't listen. Employees are really tired of repeating things over and over again. They put like a bonus which is RIDICULOUS because you earn more money by doing a single weekend than working hard an entire month. They do not recognize people. Boat is sinking - better be out on time.
