We want to clarify that employee well-being is a priority for us. We have dedicated support structures in place to assist employees through challenges. As an example, we provide manager development to ensure they can support and guide their teams, we have dedicated surveys and sessions to hear directly from colleagues about their experience, and an employee advisory board to deepen that feedback so we can continuously improve. We also have additional support such as access to free mental health support for all employees. To discuss this further, we encourage reaching out to our People team so we can continue improving.
