Pros

International environment, lots of travel and events

Cons

The leadership team feels very inexperienced, with many leaders lacking the knowledge and direction expected for their roles. There is also a noticeable lack of diversity at leadership level, with only one woman in a senior leadership position and a heavily male-dominated environment overall. Additionally, the Berlin office offered minimal perks compared to other company locations, which created a sense of inequality across offices. The company was also extremely strict regarding office attendance and in-office policies, with very little flexibility provided to employees.

Pros

Great work-life balance clear path for promo and multiple career path options really good people Fun events always happening, the company cares about it's employees and wants everyone to collab and work as a team

Cons

with many tech companies there are constant changes and needing to adapt to those changes. The company is relatively young so there are growing pains that come with that

Pros

The company empowered me by providing an open budget for AI tools. This allowed me to experiment with LLMs like Claude and Cursor to significantly optimize my output The business trips to Barcelona were a massive highlight—great for professional growth and seeing the world. If you like a social atmosphere, this is the place. There are plenty of parties throughout the year that make it easy to bond with your coworkers outside of tasks.

Cons

Surveillance Culture: They use AI to track almost every movement. It feels less like "efficiency" and more like "micromanagement by algorithm." Zero Transparency: Management keeps employees in the dark. You never know if the company is doing well or if a round of layoffs is coming tomorrow morning. People are Numbers: Despite the parties and trips, the company culture feels "People Last." If your metrics dip for even a moment, you’re on the chopping block. Burnout Risk: The "high performer or you're out" policy leads to a very stressful daily experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that the AI tools budget, the Barcelona trips, and the social events have been genuinely valuable parts of your experience. We want to address your concerns directly. We have built a culture where everyone can express themselves, and we value each person's input. At the same time, some structure and measurement remain necessary, and we take seriously any signal that the balance does not feel right. We recently revamped our performance model to ensure our teams feel fairly recognised for their impact, and we are continuously investing in leadership enablement to support that. Transparency is something we are committed to improving as we scale. If you would like to share more, we encourage you to reach out to our People team directly. Thank you for sharing your comments with us.
