Pros

At the moment not much. In the good days there was a lot of buzz and can do feeling.

Cons

Lots of politics and cut throat culture. Cash is king meaning intense cost cutting They lied. They said no job cuts and they cut many people at the beginning of covid. One of the values is be humble, the management team are all but humble. Industry is suffering and it’s hard to stay motivated.

Cons

TravelPerk in the sales department do not care about the mental well-being of there employees. They are like here is a mental app, because after you have working here in sales for 2 months you are going to need it. Passive aggressive and homophobic management. I was promised in depth sales training but was just thrown in at the deep end.

Pros

- Fun events - Nice and kind people - Beautiful offices in Barcelona - Cool product - Opportunity to learn if you are a junior

Cons

There is a big gap between what this company wants to be vs what it really is. They say they are: -"obsessed with meritocracy" while people (mostly early joiners or friends of c-level) are appointed to key leadership positions - and moving around roles - with zero merit, experience or skills -"winning as a team" while (at least in the Sales Org) mid management are being busy all month long creating reports and every small decision being made by the c-level -"transparent" while silently doing laid offs
