Pros

Cons

If you’re in finance and thinking of joining — think twice. The company looks polished from the outside, but internally it’s chaotic and toxic. Leadership turnover is constant — nearly everyone brought in at a senior level leaves within a year. The CFO micromanages everything, leaving no room for ownership or professional judgment. There’s zero accountability — when things go wrong, it’s all about blame rather than solutions. The systems are a complete mess. Processes are either broken or non-existent, and you’ll spend more time chasing your tail than doing proper finance work. Every department is siloed, communication is poor, and finance is stuck constantly firefighting instead of adding value. It’s draining, and not the place for anyone who actually wants to make a difference.

Pros

Great people to work with. One of their core beliefs is “Don’t be an a*****e” and they’ve nailed that part of their recruitment down. They have a great coffee bar that has complimentary coffee between 8-3.

Cons

Salary/OTE was well below market rates. When queried to management, was told this was a conscious effort taken in covid times so not to lay people off. During interview process (SDR UKI - Outbound), I asked two different managers if the team hit quota, was told by both that the team regularly hits quota only to find out after starting that only inbound regularly hit quota, outbound rarely hit outside of ramping period. While they are a scale up, I found myself with 4 managers across 8 months. Felt like I was passed around without much care or attention. The UKI team was too large. While management quoted a large TAM, it was often the case of 20+ SDRs going after the same most opportunistic industries.
