Pros

Great environment within colleagues. Amazing events and office spaces.

Cons

Honestly, I started believing TK management only sees what they want to see. They do not listen to their employees' feedback, they simply don't. Is really tiring to keep complaining about the same things every time, over and over again. Is really disgusting the way how some TLs are only obsessed with "growing" in the company by flattering the management without even caring about their team. They only take care of their teams but hey, when they need a favor from another team, they will treat you as a prince/princess. Sometimes they treat adults like children, for ex. controlling if we use the phone during work. Really? Back to kindergarten. Salary? They are not interested in having employees well paid. Not even if you deserve it. You get trained to have new skills but your salary will remain the same forever. Or even worse, they give you 5% raise PER YEAR. If you want to grow and go to other departments, do not bother trying. They only promote people who are liked by management. About the hybrid work, I think it's ok but it should be more flexible.

Pros

- Company that is open to feedback and generally takes action on that feedback - Insane company growth leads to a lot of impact of the individual contributor - Good salary and (at least in my case) flexible work (I work mostly remotely) - Good offices in BCN - Really good technical level

Cons

- The company being in a moment of fast growth has both advantages and disadvantages, such as changes with how the company operates to adjust to the increasing size. That being said, I feel like these things are being executed quite well all in all.

Pros

Good people, unfortunately a bad management.

Cons

I am deeply disappointed in TravelPerk's treatment of its employees. As a software engineer, I have witnessed firsthand the company's disregard for our wellbeing and fair compensation. Despite our hard work and dedication to the company's success, we are consistently undervalued and overworked. The company claims to promote a healthy work-life balance, but in reality, we are expected to work long hours and are not adequately compensated for our time and effort. In addition, the company's benefits and perks are minimal compared to other tech companies in the industry, making it difficult to justify staying with TravelPerk. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and communication from upper management has created a toxic work environment, where employees are not respected or valued. The company's culture of fear and intimidation has resulted in a high turnover rate and low employee morale.
