-Positive encouragement from management for ideas -Open Door Policy that is real - up to the CEO -Family & Pet friendly -Innovative -Encourages our company to reach out to the community were we work and live in, to educate and show the advancement of "green" technology. -Through the acquisition management did their best to keep all employees aware and up to date on changes that would take place.

Cons

-Acquisition caused some concern as layoffs hit hard in certain departments the incorporation of Parent co. has been difficult but (not a con) the support of management made it easier -Work space is sometimes limited

NEXTracker is an exciting, fast paced and challenging place to be. This is not a routine, stay in your lane organization. You have the opportunity to contribute at many levels and really impact your job and our business. It is also great to work at a company that has a very strong business and market outlook. We work hard, have fun and are making a difference with global climate change.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and with that always come challenges with process, structure, etc. If you are not comfortable with a fast-paced environment, this may not be a good fit.
