Toxic environment and abusive and threatening management (especially some VP). Some serious and repeated misconduct committed by this management is not punished and results in the affected employee having to leave the company. No work/life balance and burnout happens regularly.

The workplace culture is highly toxic, with frequent negativity and lack of psychological safety. Management often acts unprofessionally, shows favoritism, and does not provide constructive guidance or support. Certain senior construction managers showed clear favoritism toward specific employees, creating an unfair and uncomfortable environment for the rest of the team. Communication is unclear and inconsistent, making it difficult to understand priorities or expectations. Employee well-being is not taken seriously. High turnover, low morale, and minimal opportunities for real growth.
