Pros
-Positive encouragement from management for ideas -Open Door Policy that is real - up to the CEO -Family & Pet friendly -Innovative -Encourages our company to reach out to the community were we work and live in, to educate and show the advancement of "green" technology. -Through the acquisition management did their best to keep all employees aware and up to date on changes that would take place.
Cons
-Acquisition caused some concern as layoffs hit hard in certain departments the incorporation of Parent co. has been difficult but (not a con) the support of management made it easier -Work space is sometimes limited
