Cons

Internal processes are minimal and a bit primitive for a company in the heart of Silucon Valley.

We have great flexibility regarding work schedules and the type of work being accomplished is for the greater good of the planet and mankind.

Cons

We are chronically understaffed due to the accelerated growth of the company and expense reimbursements are slow. Top down communication needs improvement.

LOVE the people and culture! In my opinion this is the make or break in a company. NEXTracker employees are like a family! The company is pet friendly, has onsite exercise programs, and participates in a softball league. People get work done, and the company invests in its people. I enjoy coming to work every day!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. I love working at NEXTracker, and I highly recommend it to anyone!
