O processo seletivo demonstrou falta de organização e clareza em diversas etapas, principalmente pela ausência de um gerente técnico ou de um responsável da área para participar das entrevistas e avaliar adequadamente os aspectos técnicos da função. Isso gerou dúvidas sobre as expectativas do cargo e sobre os critérios utilizados na seleção.
Com base na minha experiência, não recomendaria esse processo para outros candidatos, pois a falta de alinhamento e transparência pode gerar frustração ao longo da jornada. Infelizmente, essa foi a impressão que tive durante minha participação, o que acabou tornando a experiência menos positiva do que eu esperava.
Received an invite for an interview a week or so after applying. It went very positively, Information that was promised was sent to me following the conversation. Two weeks later I have heard nothing further. When we were finishing the phone call, I was told the next interview would be set up and I think two weeks is just too long not for them to take any action. Doesn’t leave me with a good feeling other than they were just trying to round up a bunch of heads and will now continue to ghost me.
