Too much cultural variance between SBUs. So much change that there is a loss of identity and middle to upper management is too disconnected from what’s actually happening on the front line...fear, manipulation, bullying, deceit...you will lose all your top performers and keep all the negative if you don’t pay attention.

United Healthcare CDHP option with $3,000 deductible for families and $1,500 deductible for individuals and prescriptions are out of pocket as well until that deductible is met. FSA is gone. Only have the HSA now. You would think an “insurance” company would offer a superior insurance product at the least. Dental is ok with $2,000 yearly max and vision is ok. They also took away the incentives (money) for having good fitness, getting a check up and doing healthy activities.. Now it’s contests that have yet to be announced how to even sign up for.
